One route per reason, and what each one can do

A correction to a published figure is the message that changes this site fastest, so it has its own address and its own deadline. The rest is sorted below by what we can actually do about it - including the one thing we cannot, which is intervene between a player and an operator.

  • Corrections checked in 2 business days
  • No paid placements
  • Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 ET

Pick the reason, not the inbox

Each route below carries its own response time, because a wrong number on a live page deserves a faster turn than a partnership enquiry. Where a route says we cannot help, it names who can instead.

Publisher details

This site is published by a small editorial company in Toronto. The postal address below is for written correspondence and legal notices; email reaches the editorial team faster, and anything sent to it is read by a person rather than a form.

There is no contact form on this page on purpose. A form gives you no copy of what you sent and no address to follow up, and a correction is worth having a record of on both sides.

Contacting us: what we can and cannot do

Disputes, corrections, commercial requests and response times.

Can you help me get a withdrawal released?

No, and any site that says it can is overstating its position. This is an editorial site with no account, no balance and no authority at any operator. The route that does work in Ontario is the operator's own complaints process first, then the AGCO, which can fine an operator, attach conditions to its registration or suspend it. If the money is stuck on the payment side rather than at the casino, it is your bank or wallet that can move it.

How do I report a wrong figure?

Send the page URL, the figure you are disputing and where the correct value is published - the operator's published terms or the regulator register. It is re-read at that source and, if the source disagrees with us, corrected on the next rebuild. Corrections are treated the same whether they come from a player or from the operator.

Do you accept paid placements or sponsored posts?

No. Some operator links are commercial and disclosed as such, but a commission is attached after the ranking is set and cannot change a position. There is no rate card for a review, a score or a place on the board, and no operator among the 12 we track is told its position in advance.

How quickly will I get a reply?

Corrections are checked within two business days because they change what is published. Everything else is within five. Operator mail is always read, though a request to alter a score will not get a negotiation - only an explanation of how the weighting produced it.
